Your e-brake cable that is connected to back brakes could be binding, cable could be bad, remove both bake drums and inspect brake shoe with cable connected to it.Also check inside drum for scoring and brake shoes,if worn uneven, replace both sides.

SOURCE: turbo installation on 1996 nissan 200sx

That vehicle never came with a turbo as an option. Therefore adding a turbo would be custom work. You may find someone online who has documented their modification process. If you purchase an aftermarket turbo system it will come with a manual. Short of that such a document does not exist.

My 1998 Nissan 200SX is leaking brake fluid, and also it looks like there are a couple different places it is leaking small amounts of oil.

Best idea is to get it towed to a shop if it is leaking fluid since you don't kow if it will all go at once and leave you unable to stop.

1996 200sx brake pedal goes to floor. no brakes

You have lost your fluid. in other words you have a leak, probably from a caliper on the wheel. look behind your wheels and see if there is any fluid on the tire or floor. Top up the reserverve and pump the brakes with the engine running see if this brings some of the pedal back. then get it to a brake shop and get it fixed.
