The brakepetal pusis bak when i stepp on the brake and wiberates. Sometimes it gets wery hard to brake.

I have a Toyota Rav4 1998 and when i step on the brakes it pusses back the petal like the abs is kicking in, I have already changed the borders and thrums on the rear and the disks on the front.

It can be issue with master cylinder or the problem is there is still some air there in the system that has to be bleed. Or else the parts replaced are not aligned properly/.I suggest everything back.

SOURCE: Brakes pulsate real hard

That is just the ABS system at work. It is supposed to prevent your wheels from locking which often makes the brake pulsate, especially in wet weather or or snow or ice. The only way to really stop this is to disable to ABS by unplugging it and removing the fuse. This will make the ABS light appear in your dash, but your brakes will stop pulsating.

I would recommend that you jack up the front end, and, with the hubs unlocked, turn the front wheels by hand. If either is stiff/hard to turn, you probably have the beginnings of a caliper issue, it may be sticking, rusted, or some issue like that. If one caliper IS stuck, I would def suggest replacing both at the same time, if one is bad, the other cannot be far behind.

sounds like vacuum brake booster diaphram has failed. its behind master cylinder and probably needs replacing.

YOUR ROTORS NEED TO BE EITHER TORN OR REPLACED.
