Hello Replaced stock radio with after market and now the dash, light don't work and tail lights blow the 10 amp fuse can you help

you have a bare wire shorting out,This is a bad condition and needs attention right away.remove the stereo and start over,you will find the bare wire or you wired the stereo to that circuit.

RADIO SWITCH = purple
RADIO ILLUMINATE = red/white

I'm trying to add a system in my car and I'm trying to use my factory head unit with a high low converter. i was wandering which wire to use of my remote wire at the back of the head unit i have a 2013 nissan altima 3.5 with navigation. i been trying to get a wiring diagram but none luck so far
