My key fob has not been working for a week or so. I have not been locking my car because of this. I accidently locked my car and now I cannot open the door. My key will not open any of my doors and my key fob will not work either. I tried replacing the battery also and still would not work. What should or can I do?
Hyundais have the tendancy to blow the ignition switch, yours was probabbly replaced, and by doing so you will need the Original key the car came with, not the new one included in the kit for the ignition switch.. also have you checked the little battery for the keyfob??? it probabbly went dry.
best regards!

there is a short or a signal from the un-locking switch that is triggering your locks.
you have a switch manually to lock and un-lock your doors, the unlocking circuit is making contact.
you can try playing with your switch to un-short the switch or open it up ang check it.
tnx 4 using fixya,

take off door panel so you can see the power door lock actuator moving there maybe rust or a bind in the power door lock little motor itself

Hi there
i have the same problem but mine is the sensor that is under the dash that is faulty so i had them disable it untill i can get a part that they need to order so i would have your dealer check the sensor .. if it is under warranty they will replace it for free
