We changeelectronic power steering but it hard to drive

This says it does have a fluid reservoir? Some electric power steering just has an electric pump as a opposed to a mechanical pump driven by the serpentine belt.

Do you mean the engine overheat warning? The power steering problem is most likely a defective steering rack, they always act up when hot due to internal seal leakage and fluid bypassing the seal.

sounds like the valves in the box or rack want renewing.can you get a recon rack?.or you could do a pressure check of the pump by teeing in a pressure guage

Sometimes your power steering pump operates your power brakes so be aware your brakes may not work properly. It will be VERY hard to steer so just drive it to be repaired ASAP.

Are you sure that you don't have power steering? It sounds to me like you have a leak in your power steering and low on fluid. The battery light is usually an indication that your alternator is not charging.

check power steering fluid level, check for loose power steering drive belt, if this are ok there could be problem with power steering pump.

My gut reaction is you have a slipping or a missing belt. Belts drive both the alternator (no power = battery light on) and hard to steer (belt drives power steering pump).

Open the hood and check it out.
