The car runs fine and suddenly the check engine light comes on and the engine start to run rough and dies, after a few cranks it starts , it takes one to five minutes to start when this happens. I use a computer to scan for codes but there is no codes on the computer. This problem happens every two to three days but sometimes doesn't do it. I replaced the spark plug wires, spark plugs, ignition cap ignition rotor, fuel pump, fuel filter and still got the problem.
I have a similar problem with a similar car, and I just fix it, believe it or not, from a homeless guy in the street,god bless him, all michanic I talk to couldn't found the problem, and I replaced almost all the parts that you mentioned, with no result. So this guy had a B12 spray for cleaning the carburator and the only think he did is cleaning the injectors. he took the air pipe off and he started spraying inside, that's what make the fuel not getting to the engine correctly. try to clean those injectors and you'll see the difference, even in the way that your engine runs you'll feel it. trust me. good luck.
If you check under the hood and see if the fuel pump relay is clicking on and off. This may be your problem.
