SOURCE: AC Not blowing inside of 2004 Acura TL
I have a 2000 Acura TL and my AC/heat blower went out also. All my mechanic replaced was the actual blower (that spins) located on passenger side underneath dash and glove box, it cost about $115 total for parts and labor (make sure they don't stick you with labor, it literally takes 10 mins to switch out)...hope this helps!

SOURCE: ACURA TL 2007 HEAVY NOISE IN THE ENGINE FOR 4 5
There are two mechanical noises you will hear from an engine, lifter noise, wrist pin slap, and rod bearing noise. The only one that will go away, if at all, with engine warm-up, is lifter noise. All assuming of course, the noise is coming from the engine, and not any of the externally mounted accessories.
Have the oil changed, and continue to change every 2000-3000 miles with a good quality oil, maybe the lifter will clear itself. If it does, maintain the oil changes for the next few changes to assure it is cleaning out.
You might also try adding 1-2 pints Berrymen's Chemtool to the oil 200-300 miles before you plan to change the oil.

SOURCE: where is the fuse box at inside a 2002 acura tl
Theres one under the hood and 2 at each end of the dash board. It would help if you told why you were looking for it. It depends what fuse you are looking for.
