Its just fitted with few screws and hidden lock clips.The clips are very delicate and can break easily.But no worry,the clips are easily available. Vehicle door panel components?
on some vehicle models these screws are hidden.Once the panel is loose, don't just pull it out,there are few wire connectors connected,first disconnect the connector plug,then lift the panel out and keep in safe place for re-installing.

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
