After changing the wheel bearing on the front driver side of my uplander, and put new brake pads, it is now shaking when braking at a speed higher than 60mph. braking at low speed is fine
Hi, There might be a problem in the brake system of the vehicle. you should go for the brake rotors repair and replacement or auto brake maintenance service from the authorized service station. For more info visit https://gocarcraft.com/repair-services/
When the brake rotors are warped, they can't be turned because they're bent. They have to be replaced.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Shake in steering wheel
I believe you need your disk brake rotors turned to be true again or have them replaced. Whe you use your brakes a lot and kit puddles of cold water then it will warp the rotors which will cause the violent shaking. You may not feel it in the brake pedal even if it is warped rotors. If you don't think you have warped rotors then you should be very careful driving it because it will probably be in the steering sector arm or the idler arm on the steering shaft.

SOURCE: While heavily applying the brakes at high speed the truck shakes.
If the front of the truck is doing all the shaking then the front brakes are doing all the stoppong. You need to check the rear brakes and change if neccessary. If they do not need to be changed then you should adjust them accordingly. I hope this helps. Don.t forget to rate my answer, thanks.
SOURCE: 1998 Camry steering wheel shakes when braking and over 50mph
if you hit the brakes and it shakes its your rotors, they're probably warped. Having them turned (polished) won't fix it. You'll have to replace them. As for the shaking at over 50, if you're not touching the brakes, you'll probably just need to have your tires balanced. Maybe jack up you car an check the ball joints and tie rod ends (keep the tire on and see if there is play, either up and down (ball joints) and left and right (tie rods)). Hope this helps.
SOURCE: 2006 ram that shakes in the front end when brakes
more than likely you need to have your brake rotors resurfaced or replaced
SOURCE: I have a 2001 jeep wrangler steering wheel shakes
If the u- joints are loose, yes, that would cause the front end to shake.
