Probably not as it gets cooler
I would suggest a problem climate control module
In any event the ac should be properly diagnosed by a qualified professional a,c shop

SOURCE: AC blows hot air 1997

I do not have a code book ! Try this : Check black canister for cold feel (passenger side under hood)l. If cold, check all vacuum lines...vacuum motors move doors to divert fresh air thru hot or cold coils in plenum chamber (under dash).
A manual shouild help !

Control dampner switch okay from looking at the fron of the car on the passenger side youll see a group of vacuum hose plastic connecting to a junction make sure none of the are broken Two of the control the vent control and inside tempurature. Once it disconnect you no longer have mixture control. Do you remember when it was working fine and you turn off the car and you heard that little hissing noise? Well that line is now disconnected

Climate Control Assembly
The electronic automatic temperature control (EATC) module, located in the instrument panel, has the following features:
  • a blower speed override control for manual input
  • a vacuum fluorescent display for displaying set temperature, ambient temperature, function and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
  • an On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) feature to supply the technician with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). These DTCs direct the technician to the inoperative component.

1995 lincoln towncar air bag trouble: How do I reset system after code 12 repair. showing code 52 now.

Are you sure it's a code 52? I'm not seeing a 52 in the code index. Btw, code 12 is that the system passed it's automatic test. You could continue the chase to fix the air, but on a 20 year old car, it maybe a good idea to do an air suspension conversion on your Town Car and be done with it forever. Where under the wiper passenger side is the filter in or out side 99 lincoln town car

99 Town Car has no cabin filter. Don't believe they ever did. My guess you have mildew on the AC evaporator. They make a spray to run through it to help in the AC section of your parts store. If not make sure there is no leaves ect under the cowl cover on the passenger side.

Air Bag Indicator Light blinks on 1995 Lincoln Town Car

The blinking light is giving you a code and according to what you have listed that would be a code 25. However there is no code 25 for this system are you sure that it is not a 52 instead? If so then this code is for a loss of power to the module. Did you have battery go dead recently? If this is the case then you can clear it yourself. You will have to locate a gray 2 wire connector behind the glove box first. Here are the instructions to clear the code 52.
  1. Cycle the ignition switch to OFF and then to RUN.
  1. Observe air bag indicator prove-out (six ± two seconds) followed by diagnostic trouble code (52-85) flashing completely one time.
  1. Locate the Diagnostic "Trouble Code Clear" Connector located underneath the glove compartment (06010) containing Circuits 631 (T/R) and 57 (BK).
  1. Use a jumper wire to short Circuit 631 (T/R) to Circuit 57 (BK) or to another good ground. This short must be made after the diagnostic trouble code flashes completely one time, but before the warning light stays on continuously.
  1. Hold short until air bag diagnostic monitor tone sounds (approximately five seconds).
  1. Release short on Circuit 631 (T/R) to Circuit 57 (BK). This short must be released within 25 seconds after the diagnostic monitor tone sounds.
