The top closed but the windows didn't raise all the way. I closed the windows using the power window but when I tried to open the top again, it did not open, the console states that it is still in operation, I hear power to the rear of the car but the top doesn't go down. Also the trunk button doesn't work now either, I have to manually open the trunk with the key.

Same problem appeared on my car, and sometimes it helps if you shut the passenger door at the same time as pushing the button to make the window go up, but mostly it's not something you can fix. They just wear out like most other things on this car

If you're not hearing a click from the starter check for a starter relay. May be burned out! DO you hear the fuel pump kick in when you turn the key on? If not something might have triggered your security system and locked you out!

The easy way is to remove the pop trunk switch and locate a good area or the wiring to the pop trunk and cut it then touch the two wires together, thats the easy way water may damage the switch but wont damage all the wiring just find a good peice and cut and touch them together and trunk will pop open as long as the trunk release motor works, i would start there. another way would be to go to the dealer and give them the vin # and they will cut you a key.
the last thing to do if all fails is to have a lock smith make a key. hope this helps.
its most likely a wiring issue or fuse, check your fuses to see if there is a one that corroded or has a bad connection.
