If you take the earth lead off the car battery and leave for about 2 0minits then reconect the battery it should reset the radio so that you
can put in the right code.I hope this was helpful and done the trick.
Being an ex technical director for renault, it depend how many times u put wrong code. u have 3 chances, if u have used all 3 chances then the only way isto leave it on ignition ,it can take upto 30 minutes. it has to be on ignition.then the zero will comeback.make sure u have right code, if not u can get a free software on the net input the serial number and u get right pincode. if of course u dont have the correct code. the best is to leave on ignition 1st wrong code wait time 1 mins,
You can get a program off the net and put onto laptop/pc.. take out your radio and in the barcode there is a code with one letter and three numbers enter this into the program you downloaded and it will give you the correct code to in put.

SOURCE: code radio renault
If it is the original radio for this vehicle I would think you could contact your nearest Renault dealer and with proof of your vehicle ownership with registration papers they can retrieve your code from the Renault online system for a small fee.
