The battery died on my chevy 2500 HD and now the cd player is messed up. when i press aux/cd button it just goes back to radio. but when i eject a cd it switches.

you need your glove compartment manual that came with truck.you have to reset or recalibrate the radio +cd player before it will play.if you dont have factory manual that came in dash.take it to dealership.

Chevy 2001 2500hd, sounds like a air leak when running the air conditioner. someone told me it was a belt on the air conditioner that was causing the air leak sound.

FREON ENTERING THE EVAPORATOR WILL SOUND LIKE AN AIR LEAK. THE ORIFICE CAN SOUND LIKE ITS HISSING.

HAVE A SERVICE CENTER CHECK THE ORIFICE TUBE, MAY NOT BE INSTALLED PROPERLY.

2004 Chevy Silverado factory Stereo, CD is stuck in player, sounds like it is trying to eject but won't!

I searched quick and couldn't really find anything on a manual eject button. Flip through the manual a little bit and see what it has about the radio. If all else fails and you aren't worried about possibly breaking the stock cd player, some skinny needle nose pliers should reach in far enough to grip the cd and you can pull it out. But there is a good chance you could break the cd player in doing so.
