I have no High nut have Low only. Changed Bulbs and Fuses on my 1999 Camry but still does not work on High Beam. When switch is flipped on have no lights at all.
That is a fuse under dash near the radio, hard to find and you will probably have to go to a dealer, we had same problem, changed hi-low switch and that didn't work

Dennis, Make sure the low beam bulbs are OK, first. if fuses and grounds OK, it will be your multi switch, which you nay be able to disassemble and clean contacts. Low Beams Not Working Resolved
Check Relay under hood in box mounted behind front left fender. Should be a cover on 8"x6" box, location should be printed under lid on sticker as to which relay.
