What is the proper spark plug gap for a 2004 ford taurus V6-3.OL vin U

Plug gap for the 3.0 DOHC engine is .054 if using standard platinum plugs.
Check your auto parts store to verify.

gap is .08 mm or around .050".. Get quality platinum plugs ( dearer) ,fit and forget

Depends on which engine you have. Dual Over Head Cam (DOHC) seems to be .054. The other 2 options are .044. Usually it will be printed on a sticker under your hood and also in the owners manual. Be careful some types of spark plugs that they make today are not adjustable. Hope this helps.

look under hood on decal. it should tell the proper gap. its on underside of hood. good-day ! if the decal is missing. call any auto parts store and they will tell you.

we are assuming that you are talking about "firing order", if this its right, check this...
