My 2008 started doing the exact same thing after I replaced the engine mounts with the cheap ones with the lifetime warranty made by Anchor...they are total junk. I spent a year troubleshooting and when I finally replaced them with factory AC Delco engine mounts, the vibration went away. It has to do with the fact that aftermarket engine mounts are not “tuned” to the specific resonance of your engine whereas the factory mounts from GM are. I will never go cheap on any engine or transmission mounts from here forward...always AC Delco!
Sounds like a out of balance drive shaft.
May be one of rear wheels. Change fron to back see if trbl moves noticably, then go to dealer of the tires you got.
Recheck balance and inspect threads can have a possible bad thread belt on tire

Your front pump in the transmission could be going bad. Check the transmission fluid for level and condition. The fluid should be bright red and not burnt (dark in color like burgandy). Best thing to do is take it to a transmission shop and have them check your truck for DTC codes with a Tech 2 scanner and have them do a transmission line pressure test. The whining can also indicate low on transmission fluid and that's bad, you may have burnt some of the clutch packs already and shorten the life of your transmission. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help.

Have your tires checked, you probably have a shifted belt in one or more of the tires.

You need to replace that crossmember because that is the steady bearing to keep the driveshaft straight and true. It shouldn't be a hard piece to find in a scrap yard or auto salvage. Remove the driveshaft first. The crossmember should unbolt from the frame, if it has rivets, cut or grind them off and replace them with regular bolts. Kind of a pain in the **** job, but $100 or less should put you back on the road. Hope this helps.
