My 1995 Buick Regal engine has oil on the spark plugs?

I took the vehicle to get the oil changed and engine serviced. The service man pulled the plugs and discovered oil on them and would not service the engine or change the oil. He said I needed to take the car to a certified mechanic. What would cause the engine to oil the spark plugs? It seemed to be running ok, but the service man said it wasn't.

Overhaul motor and cylinder head/s.
Oilrings have blowby.
In the interim, change oil to formulation for old engines.

SOURCE: 2003 Buick Regal Service Engine Soon light.

The error that I'm showing for error code P1133 is
P1133 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1(Rear Bank).  I would suggest having both of your Oxygen Sensors replaced if you haven't already had that done.  Hope this helps.  Thanks for an honest rating and for using FixYa.

SOURCE: buick regal 92 3.8L Horrible fuel mileage

Sounds like you might have an oxygen sensor problem. Your catalytic converter(s) maybe defective or dirty. That in turn can dirty up the oxygen sensor. A defective oxygen sensor will send faulty info to the computer, interpreting the fumes as cold (even when the engine warms up). That causes the computer to adjust the fuel mixture to very rich, giving you poor gas mileage and the fuel smell. Hope it helps.

95 Buick Regal will not crank when engine warm wait 20 or so minutes and it will crank what causes this issue.?

Define crank ? Does the engine spin when you turn the key to the start position ? This is referred to as engine cranks . now yours won't start an run ! This is a cranks no start condition ! When it won't start an run check for spark at a coil , your vehicle has three if a V-6 . Pull both plug wires off same coil an crank engine , is there spark ? Yes - No . No spark , ignition module could be bad , crankshaft position sensor , Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop .

I have a '95 buick regal gs 3.8v6, and it'll just stop running in the middle of driving. I can stop and start it right back up. The service engine light is on, but i was told that's cause of a loose plug...

yes only one fan is supposed to work, the other fan is for ur a/c. it shouldent be to hard to tighten down that spark plug if its loose. that wud cause some problems though if it was loose

My 2003 Buick Regal is running like ****

Per your description, it sounds as though you have a stuck injector. I assume you have a service engine light on. Take the vehicle to your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts and ask them to scan the car for trouble codes, they will scan the vehicle at no charge to you.
Write the codes down and respond back to this post and we can get started.
Let me know.

Air condition stopped blowing cold was working great before i cut it off then when restart from oil change blowing warm-1995 regal 3.8

Did you change the oil yourself?? If not I would return it to the service station that serviced your vehicle and file a complaint with management. There is either a leak in the ac system somewhere casuing a loss of all refridgerants, or maybe the belt has come loose. Also your ac could be lacking if excessive amounts of oil or other lubricant had gotten on the belt.
