SOURCE: precise location of fuel pump relay switch in 94 mitsi galant
I found the two relays that run the fuel pump to be located (under the kick plate on the drivers side of the center console on a bracket just below the radio but on the driver outer side of the center console.) note: I also found the reason for two relays ( the fist Fuel relay- only provides power when the key is cranking over the engine.. the MFI relay take's over the fuel pump when the Galant is running.) All my info is from chasing the wires back too it.. the dealership either don't know, or just don't want to tell you! this is said to be good for 94-00 years but i was working on a 97
SOURCE: The AC on my 2000 Galant blows cold but the air flow is weak
Check that the pollen filter (especially that one cos it gets really clogged up) and any other associated filters, even the engine air filter. I would go for the pollen filter first though.

try driving around for almost 4 months and the damn thing wont blow cold. try spending thousands of dollars and it still being broken. and trying driving in florida in upwards 115 degrees with no cold ac everyday. you only have to wait 30 minutes? count yourself lucky!

make sure heat temp. control pot inline on one of the heater hoses is functioning properly by looking at it while someone inside the car is moving the selector switch slowly from cold to hot several times, you should be able to see or feel the valve moving. if not, check for vacuum at the pot by removing the hose from the pot and holding your finger over the end of it, you should be able to feel the vacuum with your finger. if there is no vacuum check the line for cracks/dryrot, if theres none the switch is prolly bad.if the pot is working make sure coolant level is full, if it is low there wont be sufficient hot water pushing thru the heater core
