Got a relay in the power distribution center? (black box just behind the battery, towards the firewall) I can't remember if you have one (funny because I've got two outside but too cold to go look) Anyhow, everything in there is labled on cover inside.
Other stuff to look at: check for cable connections at starter & block for clean & secure. check neutral safety switch, check ign switch. Make sure battery connections are clean on inside, not just on outside!

93 jeep grand cherokee laredo wont start unless i jump the starter

Check the cables and cable connections to the battery to make sure they are tight and free of corrosion. Test the battery and make sure it doesn't have a bad or dead cell in it which would cause it to not have sufficient amperage to start the motor.

2000 jeep grand cherokee wont start...all i get is a click sound from the starter... wanna make sure it is the starter before i go replacing it...tried wiggling wires

Used a test light at starter, on small wire check for voltage while some one turn key to start.if you do have voltage there starter bad . Replace it. If you need to move truck tap starter with hammar while some one turn key to start.Remember you'll still need to replace starter.

1993 jeep grand cherokee wont start

check all fuses in power distribution center near battery and make sure all wires you removed from starter went back on starter and not hanging somewhere. There is a possibility that before you changed the starter there was something wrong that was causing the starter not to operate. Also check that power is going to and out of the ignition switch and starter relay (relay also powers up the ignition system which is why you have no fire)

1993 Jeep cherokee wont start

It could be starter or starter relay. But before replacing check the wiring coming to starter, starter solenoid and starter relay, they might be loose or deposited. Follow this link
It describes how and what needs to be checked for starting system.

1999 jeep grand cherokee 6cyl.check engine light stays on.

Extracting Fault Codes:
Turn the ignition switch ON, OFF, ON, OFF, ON and observe the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT should begin to flash a series of codes. The flashes will be separated by short an long pauses. The long pauses separate the "ones" and "tens" positions, and each code from the next. A code 55 will be displayed at the end of the test.

Read the Fault Codes:
Here you can find the ODB Codes

Good luck!!!
