Mi timing belt broke down I replaced, but need to know how put it on time

If the belt came off or broke while the engine was running it is possible that you will have some bent valves. The head would have to be removed and repaired.

I isntaled the new belt but I need to put it on time, the crankshaft and the camshaft? The old belt was broken on two parts.
You have an interference engine, this means if the belt broke you have bent or broken intake valves.
if u installed the belt properly u should nopt have to do anything to the ignition timing, if it is running poorly u have the belt on wrong or have a bent valve.

Hi I'm just want to ask somthing of my car .I has changed the timing belt of kia sedona 2.9crdi 2005 but the engine it doesn't start after i changed.
The issuse is after the injector pressure pump the diesel is going to the return pipe not to the pressure pipe.
that's very strange to me. I have check diesel pressure valve wiche is okay. The timings marks fine whats the reason of that. thank you for your help :)
