Number 2 cylinder not fireing
PO171 OBD2 Code basically this means that an oxygen sensor in bank 1 has detected a lean condition (too much oxygen in the exhaust). On V6/V8/V10 engines, Bank 1 is the side of the engine that has cylinder #1. The P0171 is one of the more common trouble codes. his code is triggered by the first downstream (front) O2 sensor. The sensor provides a reading of the air:fuel ratio leaving the engine's cylinders, and the vehicles powertrain/engine control module (PCM/ECM) uses that reading and adjusts to keep the engine running at that optimum ratio of 14.7:1. If something is not right and the PCM cannot maintain the 14.7:1 ratio, but rather there is too much air, it triggers this code.

I know this post is old, but right on the engine theres a sticker that says use multi-ground plugs only. I read a similar problem like yours and it seemed to turn out that the spark was arcing to ground over the ceramic on the plug. So maybe it could have something to do with the single ground plugs.

Take it to autozone and have them to pull a code on it.It sounds like O-2 sincer

SOURCE: how to erase toyota camry code obd 1
Hello, and welcome to FIxYa.
To erase the check engine light on a 1994 Camry, open the hood, and, in the engine compartment fuse box, remove the blue 15 amp EFI fuse for one minute. This will clear the codes. If you have a hard code; ie a malfunctioning sensor, the light will come right back on.
Thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance.

error codes and
you have an engine that misfires or runs rough, it can be the injector for that
cylinder or the coil pack. The P0300 code is a random misfire code and may or
may not be the above. All the other messages are for misfire of a particular
cylinder indicated by the last digit.
Test the coil pack by switching it to another spark plug and
see if the problem follows to that cylinder.
If that makes no difference, it is very likely the injector.
Disconnect the injector connector of the same cylinder and measure the
resistance. It should be 13.5 to 14.2 ohms at 70 degrees temp. It can be up to
16 ohms if the engine is hot. If you see a really high resistance or an open or
short then you can try to change the injector. If not, you can remove the fuel
rail on that side and switch the injector to another cylinder and see if the
problem follows to that cylinder.
You
need a 22mm wrench to remove the fuel pressure regulator. The other connections
are std. When all screws are removed, GENTLY wiggle the rail up and guide it
smoothly out. Don't put any sideward stress on the injector bodies.
Here is how to identify cylinders
