The flasher will be under the drivers side of the dash. You will need to remove the trim pannel from under the dash. The flasher will be above and to the passenger side of the brake switch.
Look up and to the right of the steering wheel at the edge of the vinyl molding for the
dash ,you would see a screw holding it. But in reality, the screw is through a metal
plate that slides over the top of the flasher unit.And the screw does not
actually screw through the unit.
Remove the metal plate and you can see electronic flasher unit.
You can replace your old flasher with new flasher you have bought! and before you replace it,sandpaper the terminal ends. It would provide good connection if there is some problem with the connection.

I would suggest that the flasher is either in the fuse box, or in the electronic distribition box (black box near the front driver's side) in the engine compartment under the hood. Unplug old one and install new one with comparable replacement.
