First why and how did you tighten the timing belt. if was loose should just replace the timing belt that belt runs the timing.the code po335 is your crank position sensor and it is coming up the engine is fight to keep the timing. replace the timing belt. the codes po300,po302.po303 are for a rarandom misfire. when was the last tune up. change the sparks plugs
Don't be afraid to try this. The risk is small, because the only thing that can happen is the car won't run right. Paul c. Is just scaring you.

This is a common problem usually related to the crankshaft position sensor. Before you replace it, disconnect the electrical connector to the CPS sensor and clean it with electrical contact spray and add a dab of dielectrical grease. If the problem continues, replace the CPS sensor. It is easy to replace and is not very expensive. It just bolts to the engine block with one or two bolts. I believe the CPS sensor on the Sedona is behind the timing cover on the front of the engine.

if you have never done one take it to a shop because if you have the timing off a little you take a chance of bending valves then you would need a new head
SOURCE: i think i need to change the crankshaft position sensor.
yes the crankshaft position sensor can cause all these problems at once. they are fairly simple to change and not a really expensive part if you want to check it though you can unplug it and hook a multimeter to it and check ohms as someone cranks the engine. should see a square wave as in 0 ohs to infinity ohms and repeat.

The crankshaft pos. sensor is located on the left "driver" side of the engine on the bellhousing and is retained by a single 10mm bolt. The sensor may be tight,be sure to twist as you pull so that it doesnt break off in the bottom end.

The CPS is located under the timming cover 4 small bolts remove the cover and the sensor is viewable 2 bolts have to be loosend and the wire leads up to a dual connector on the left side of the engine
