There are about 3 or 4 screws holding some molding at top and around the arm rest remove them. Starting at the bottom or back of panel put a small screwdriver or similar object between panel and metal of door and start prying slowly. You will need to buy replacement clips because usually they break when removing, but they are not that expensive. Just take your time and its not that hard. Had to take both off of wifes jeep to replace motor

there are a few screws you need to remove before pulling off the panel. one is in the inner door handle, the other is behind the inner door release handle and there may be one in the very top left of door panel
