2003 Oldsmobile Alero won't start

Chances are you got water inside the fuse box or a wiring harness connection.
You may have to start tracing circuits to find out what is getting power and what is not.

2002 alero ran.shut off won't restart.Replaced fuel filter,now it gets gas,but still won't start.

For some reason aleros have this problem every once in awhile. It might be the security on the alero. What you would have to do is turn the key all the way to accel i believe right before you start it and let it sit for about 13 minutes. affter this the security will recognise itself and start your car

No heat till you start driving and then fan will kick on and not shut off but it doesnt overheat

You won't get heat right away. The heat has to have time to reach the heater core. That's where you get the heat for the passenger compartment. But if the fan isn't turning off, then I would have it checked for an electrical problem.
