Horn does not work on 2006 dodge stratus

Check this link out. Replace Fuse 2001 2006 Dodge Stratus 2002 Dodge Stratus ES 2 7L V6

I would say a new horn

Put battery voltage directly to it
& see if it works

If it made any sound-- how could it be a fuse ?

If it was a fuse, nothing would happen & a new
fuse wouldn't do anything, until you found & fixed
the reason a fuse failed

look in your fuse box under the driver side dash need your owners manual so you can look at a diagram

Normally this would be in your owners manual.
The power for the outlets may be on the same circuit with the horn.
On some models there is an accessory relay that handles the outlets.
There should be a 20amp fuse in the box in the engine compartment that feeds the circuit. You may have to check all of the 20amp fuses to find it.

If you don't have an owners manual, you can do an internet search for "stratus fuse box diagram" to get a picture and chart.

YOU WON;T EVER PASS INSPECTION BUT YOU CAN UNPLUG THE WIRES AT THE HORN -S IN THE FRONT REAR THE GRILL

Take off the cover of the fuse box and look on the inside, there is a diagram of the fuses locations and names.

it usually runs on the same fuse as the radio & interior light which is the accessories fuse, if these two things still work you may have another problem with the wiring,you might need to pull the lighter out & check the wiring.....hope this helps.....cheers
