This is likely your spark plug tube seals. They come with valve cover gaskets because you will need to replace both in a job. You should also probably replace the spark plugs themselves, as the ends are probably fouled.

If you are interested in doing this job yourself, I would suggest going down to your auto parts store of choice and purchasing a repair manual for your car. Haynes is the book of choice, typically. It will show you pictures of the valve cover being removed.

Why is there water around the spark plugs?

There's either a big loss of coolant from somewhere such as a hose or cylinder head.

It could also be a faulty cylinder head gasket/cylinder head.

Does the car overheat? Overheating is a symptom of head problems as is loss of power.

Check the coolant level - has it dropped?
Start the engine and see if any air bubbles appear in the coolant. If so, it probably is caused by exhaust gas leaking through the head/head gasket into the cooling system.

Check your engine oil dipstick. If the oil is a greyish/creamy colour that indicates coolant has found its way into the oil system. Cylinder head problem ..

Get somebody to check your car for you. Don't drive it if there's suspected head problems - you'll cause more damage

Misfire due to oil leaking into spark plug. burnt oil smell

have a compression test done on the cylinders...sounds like the rings are bad allowing oil to blow into the cylinder...you may be able to fix it by adding a can of seafoam to your oil and see if that fixes it within a couple of weeks. You can buy that at any auto parts store or walmart or kmart.

Engine oil in cyliders with spark plugs

it means that the rubber gasket and the rubber seals on the spark plugs got hard and allows oil going through to spark plugs. What you have to do? If you know how, remove the rocker cover and renew the gasket and the seals for the spark plugs and your problem stop to exist.

I have a 92 Honda Accord, what causes oil around the spark plug. and how do I fix it. Would it also mke the vehicle run bad?

1. Worn or broken rings on that cylinder
2. Valve guides or seals worn on that cylinder
3. To fix the rings you will have to remove the head and sump (Remove the motor from the car if you cannot remove the sump with it in the car)
4. Yes it will make your car run bad

There is engine oil in the spark plugs 3 of them,

If the oil is not in the cylinder, and is just around the spark plug, then get a new valve cover gasket with grommets, and spark plug seals, and replace it,if it has oil in the cylinders,it should be smoking, when running, and using oil.

Changed plugs, excessive oil in 2 & 4 cylinders? Why??

The wording of your question is a little confusing. But, if you have any oil on your spark plugs, it means oil is leaking in from a bad seal. If your spark plugs go through the valve cover, then the seal under the valve cover may have gone bad. If you mean there is oil burn on to the spark plug, it could mean that the seals around your valves have gone bad and are allowing oil into the cylinders; you could also have bad rings on the affected cylinders and they are allowing excessive oil to come past the piston. You can usually see blue smoke coming out of the exhaust as well as the oil cap if this is the problem.
