Check with the dealer or a salvage yard that has an interchange manual.

Are they not at the end of your dash on drivers side with door open. That's where my 95 was, but perhaps it's been moved?

SOURCE: Programming keyless remote for Neon 2004

There is a way to program a remote if there is already a valid remote. Unfortunatly if you don't have a valid remote the only way to get one programmed is at the dealership with their scan tool.

I have pasted directions for programming a remote if there is already a valid transmiter.

CUSTOMER PROGRAMMING For a customer to be able to program RKE transmitters themselves, at least one RKE transmitter must be programmed already. This procedure is to add additional transmitters. If all transmitters are lost, the DRB III® scan tool must be used to program the new transmitters.

  1. Insert the key into the ignition switch, and turn the ignition switch to the RUN position without starting the vehicle (allow chimes to stop).
  2. Using the RKE transmitter programmed to the RKE module, press and continuously hold down the UNLOCK button for 4-10 seconds.
  3. Within the 4-10 second time range, continue to hold the UNLOCK button and press the PANIC button. Both buttons may then be released. Upon the PANIC button being depressed, the message for customer programming mode will be transmitted to the RKE module.
  4. A chime will be heard to verify that the customer programming mode has been entered (allow 3 seconds to hear chimes).
  5. Press and release any button on each transmitter that is to be programmed to the RKE module, including any transmitters which were previously programmed to the RKE module (with a maximum of four possible). After each transmitter is successfully programmed, a chime will be heard to verify that successful programming of the transmitter has occurred.
  6. After thirty seconds, or upon the ignition switch being turned OFF, the RKE module will exit programming mode.

SOURCE: Cam Shaft Sensor Problems

Had the same problem before on my 04 Neon SXT...camshaft sensor is on left side of engine block, take out the battery and to the left of it (face car) is the camshaft position sensor. To change it you'll have to move a few hoses but its plan to see there on the left side of the engine...pretty easy remove and replace. Fixed my problem of car not going above 2k RPM when i replaced the sensor.

SOURCE: Need to know if a 1996 dodge neon with manual

Yes it can. So long as the front wheels are perfectly straight and secured in this position and I don't mean secured with the steering lock as that will most likely break when your car hits a pot hole. Also, by towing with all wheels, you're adding extra mileage onto your car because the speed sensor is built into the front wheels (this amount will be considered negligible).

My fuse panel dose not say which one is for rear defrost my 2005 dodge neon and I have no owners manual

The fuse you need is in the fuse box inside the vehicle. It will be behind a trim panel in the end of the dashboard with the vehicle door open. Check fuses 6 and 7. Some features in a vehicle share a fuse. **Note** ALWAYS replace a fuse with one the same colour and Amp rating.
try this website it lists most fuses and which fuse box it is in.

2004 Dodge Neon with overdrive auromatic transmission, gear posselector is in park but transmission still in gear?

ok first check cable to transmission to make sure it is properly adjusted, Does it lock into park ? (ie does the parking cog engage and hold the car from moving) If the park cog does engage the I suggest rebuilding the transmission as the band inside the transmission may be worn and welded to the drum.

I have a 2004 Dodge Neon with auto trans. It was "slipping", but when it cooled of it would go. Not "going" now, and the check engine light is on. Do I need a new trans?

Check the fluid. Transmissions going out on Chrysler vehicles is nothing new, so you very well could have a fired transmission. Especially if it was slipping and now its dead.

I have a 2004 dodge neon. i am having some transmission problems. it will shift into drive and reverse but when in drive it wont shift out of 1st gear. i looked in my book and it said that it could be the...

Yes, it could be the transmission control module or a shift solenoid in the transmission is plugged up or burnt out so it doesn't shift up.
