    How exactly do you access these lights? Will I have to disassemble part of the trunk to get to them?

Yes you will you will have to take side trims and sill panel off get a 10 mm ready and take the bolts out the tail liaghts should come out the license lamps have screws in them and if you looka t them but you should be able to twist bulbs and pull them out / Please rate my response thank you very much

2003 buick century security light staying on

The TDM in the security system (VATS/PassKey) is having problems, it's typical on those cars and it will get worse till the car wont start anymore. You can find a great write-up here: http://newrockies.ca , it was the only thing that saved my Park Avenue.

yes but if the fuse is not bad then it is a blown bulb. pull the insterment panel aff dash and locat the blown light. replace and have fun
