What are the four relays under my steering wheel of a 2004 mustang

It will be in a fuse panel, there are usually 2 fuse panel /boxes under the steering wheel kick panel to the left, down underneath the steering wheel, or in the glove box area and then of course under the hood next to the battery usually, whatever you do look at te lid on the box of the one under the hood it should have a diagram of the correct location of the interior lights./ they are called courtesy lights sometimes, only replace that blown fuse with the same amperage as the one in there do not put a higher one in there, hope this helps

It is in the under hood fuse box , HTD STRG 15 amp . Plus there is a relay HTD STRG relay , located in the under hood fuse box too .

Check in the passenger fuse box, the fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses...




And in the Power Distribution box, located in the engine compartment, position 17, 20AMP (mini fuse).

There are two separate fuse panels.

One is under the hood under a flip up black cover near the battery. This one is called the battery junction box.

The fuse panel inside the car is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. You will need to remove the panel cover below the steering column to access the fuses. This one is called the central junction box.

The AC clutch relay is in the fuse box located under the hood of the car next to the battery. The relay is marked M/G CLT. $11 From Rockauto.com.

its under the hood in the box near the battery on the drivers side. I believe its the tall black one, but I could be wrong about which one since there are a number of them-- I know its in that box near the battery though.

I'm not sure about the location of a particular fuse, but it is good practice to check all of the fuses anyway. Once you have checked all of the fuses that are inside, there is a separate set under the hood. There should be a diagram on the inside of the cover. After checking all fuses, there are relays associated with the brake lights. They are located in the same box under the hood. You can not check it, you will have to replace it. Have you replaced the bulbs? If the problem is your brake lights, it might be the switch that is associated with your brake pedal, which activates the lights. If it is the running lights, then it is most likely a fuse or relay. The running lights are the ones that come on when you turn your headlights on.

The 1994-98 Mustang vehicles are equipped with two fuse boxes, or locations: the fuse junction panel and the power distribution box.
The fuse junction panel is located under the left-hand side of the instrument panel and is an integral part of the chassis wiring harness. The fuse junction panel contains only some of the fuses and circuit breakers for the vehicle.

The other location for fuses and relays is the power distribution box, which is located in the engine compartment on the left-hand, front fender apron. This box contains the high power fuses and was designed to take the place of most of the fusible links.


Note that the identification of the fuses and relays is embossed into the power distribution box cover

The fuses for classic Saab 900s are located under the hood on top of the fender driver's side. This includes fuel pump fuse.

under the dash on the left of the steering wheel way up in the dash. U have to get down on your knee's to see it.
