The vibration is so bad the whole car vibrates. We had it in the shop and they replaced the timing belt, Water pump, broken engine mounts, broken sturt mounts and several other minor things we had bad. It did fine a few stops and it started doing it again. It dosent do it everytime you stop but atleast every 3rd time. You can mash the gas a little and it stops. You can put it in netural it stops. What else can we check?

I replaced the lower passenger side engine mount and the vibration is still there but a bit less vibration. The lower passenger mount was worn out. I was told by the Dodge service dept that it takes 5 hours to change the main hidden engine mount which is mid way up the passenger side of the engine. That main hidden mount cost 75.00
To get to it you would have to remove the wheel, inner fender plastic work, windshield washer fluid tank, and etc.

Well it could be the pump itself going bad or a short in the wiring, possible clogged fuel filter. There is a valve what looks like a tier valve cap on the fuel rail if you can get you hands on a pressure gauge and hook it up, you should see the pressure increase and decrease, if it does not start looking elsewhere.

seems your problem is within your clutch, defective part, usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours, but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops, point to clutch!
