Check for broken, loose, or disconnected wires to your PGM-F1 and ignition unit. If there's none, check for the functionality of these control units. Check also if your camshaft position sensor works.
You may also want to check your spark plugs gaps, fuel filter, pump, and fuel lines.

You can turn off the Check Engine light by either disconnecting the battery or by using a code reader to clear the codes. However, if the problem still exists it will come right back on. Instead you should get the code read, find out what the problem is, and fix it. Your local autozone or checker auto parts store will read them for free.
