this is easy to do and you musnt be scared.first find 12v permanent ,then 12v switchable, ground ,ignore electric aerial which is normally blue or yellow use a piece of twin flex connected to battery and flash speakers so you know which is where, good clue is speakers have same coloured wires but one has a black or white flash through it .And away you go music

You don't required to search for the wiring diaghram. These are standard in the wiring harness from the manufacturer. You need to look for the socket which may folded inside the console in front of you. Fix the audio in position and connect the cable socket for your new audio.

I am changing my head unit and i dont know what color wires go to what on the stock one

The auto and radio Dons have blessed us with a universal color code for all vehicles-that I've noted in all the systems that I've changed. If you're swapping out the stock Chrysler system you'll need to go to Walmart-or a store that sells audio equipment-to buy the Dodge/chrysler/jeep adapter. You connect it to the factory connect and splice the same colors to the radio. Most times the wire have the speaker it goes to written on it. If you have already cut the connector off and can't reconnect the wires, just match up the wires with the matching colors. Hope this helps.
