SOURCE: code's po171 and p0125

Bank 1 and 2 detecting too lean a condition. Yuck. Per the 1998 official Toyota shop manual for a Sienna, it could be a bad 1) coolant temp sensor 2) bad HO2S (or Fuel/Air sensors) 3) bad mass airflow sensor 4) restricted fuel somewhere (like the fuel filter in the tank! ouch.) First, check to function of the coolant temp sensor. You can pull it and play wiht your stove and boiling water or just buy a Carchip data collector and download the data to your computer to analyze. Second, before you replace that horribly expensive Mass Airflow Sensor, pull it out and *carefully* spray it clean with brake cleaner or an electronic cleaner of some sort. And do NOT touch any of the itty-***** wires inside with anything or you WILL be replacing it. Third, if you have HO2S sensors, you can check the resistance of them using an multimeter to see if they are within spec. I forget exactly but it's something low like 9-12 ohms at 68F. If you have Fuel/Air sensors instead, it's dealer diagnostic time. Fourth, if you suspect fuel pressure or fuel flow issues, I recommend dealer diagnostic time too. My best friend got severely burned (2nd and 3rd degree on 50% of his body) messing with fuel and his VW bug when we were in high school. 25 years later, he is still covered in scar tissue and will be forever.
I hope this helps you

Why does my1992 Toyota Previa keep shutting off & stalling?

Possibly, but you could also suspect the computer-controlled idle valve or motor, the throttle position sensor, or a weak fuel pump.

It might help you to check for any trouble codes in the computer. The check engine light is used to flash out 2 digit trouble codes; here's how to do so, with a list and description of codes:

How do you fix a code#P0125 on a 1998 toyota 4 runner?insufficient coolent temp. for closed loop control?

first check radiator level if it is full and the heater is working good make sure temp gauge is functioning c orrectly it is most likely the coolant temp sensor but if this is a high milage vehicle and you have owned long time and never changed i would also replace thermostat and check plug to temp sensor forr good conections and good wires

My toyota engine light went on. The code reads P0125. I have changed 2 sensers already and light is still on.

That code in any toyota don't require sensor replacement, what it is is that the thermostat is not close complete or there is a small leak somewhere in your coolant system, the computer is spectating 180 or so from the moment that yo start the car to the moment that computer knows that that temp has to be reached if that don't happen because the car is loosing its temp due to a leak or a open thermostat , the computer sets p0125 unable to reach temp for close loop.

According to my 2002 Toyota Tundra manual (and it may be different for your car) P0125 is as follows:
Insufficient Coolant Temperature
for Closed Loop Fuel Control

This would seem unrelated to your original problem.

1999 toyota siena p0125

The P0125 code means Coolant Temperature Insufficient for Closed Loop Operation. The P0125 "closed loop fuel control" thing is referring about your vehicle no longer being in "warm up" mode. In warm up mode you vehicle does not rely on sensors, it just follows default values for a specific length of time to warm up the engine, then it will adjust everything according to the sensors's inputs to the computer on the vehicle.
Take care
