Cylinder 1 misfire and low compression. Plugs and wires changed plus new fuel injectors. The engines still misses and no one can find the cause. When put on the computer it read misfire cylinder 1.

If this is the six cylinder, you do not have plug wires. so changing them is not possible. had an intermittent cylinder 1 misfire, ended up being a broken wire at the ECM (located at the back of the engine compartment right below the wipers). Before replacing coils, move them to other cylinders and see if the problem follows, if not, then something is wrong with that specific cylinder, if it follows the coil, then obviously it is a bad coil.

PO301 AND PO303 are codes for misfire detection in 1and 3 cyclinder. It might be worn/damged distributor cap or wiring problem, so might be needed to change wiring set.
Let me know how it will go

P0301 and P0303 indicate a misfire on a particular cylinder. P0300 = General misfire, no specific cylinder. P0301 = Misfire on cylinder #1, P0302 = Misfire on cylinder #2 and so on. If you have already replaced the plugs, perhaps the plug wires need to be changed.

I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute, it tries to start but will not. How do I go about diagnostics on it?

You would need a scanner or code reader to check for trouble codes.
I would start with checking for spark and fuel pressure.

2001 ACURA CODE PO300

random misfire. usually fuel related. clogged injectors, clogged fuel filter, weak pump. if it runs rough in the morning and gets better as it warms up, it's probably clogged injectors.
