How to replace passenger side front seat belt on a 01 chevy tahoe
My seatbelt on a 2001 Chevy Tahoe is locked up, we have a seat belt law and has to be fixed. I can get one frome the dealership , how hard are they to put in and how? please help!!! thanks Shawn

They Are easy to replace, They mount to the floor with one large bolt. The nut below is welded so if you can obtain a large enough socket ... You may als get one from a junk yard.

or ask and auto wrecker this, they have to tools to do that .
they have to fit and work, right, seat heater or seat motors
and those very tricking SRS air bag , person sits on seat, weight sensors, why not ask them.?

On my wifes 03' Yukon the rear air conditioning blows hot air no .... Pull the panel off and look at the hot/cold actuator shown in the picture.
The re-tractor is called an Inertia Reel. There on the side, remove the cover and there is a trigger release on most. If the spring is broken, you will need to replace the reel. Check at a local junk yard for the best price.
the liftgate relay it is located on the "B" pillar passenger side This is the door post between front and rear seats. if the fuse is good listen/feel this area for the relay clicking.
replace it, if nothing is jambed in it then replace it its not a repairable part, dont open to try to repair, it one little part is out of alignment it may not lock in a crash, # 1 saftey first, hope this is helpful, good luck.
spray some white lithium in the belt buckle and put the seat belt latch inside just do that for awhile it should loosen it up/ or wd 40/ Please rate my response thank you very much
as long as nothing is stuck in track and you hear no noise when using switches, look for broken wire at connector or in harness. ck fuse first of course, if blown, something may be stuck in track causing it to stop and blowing fuse

i thought seat belts were under warranty indefinitely , liability issues !
