It's not the whole dash. You can get to the plugs within a few minutes. The problem will be figuring out why it was unplugged and fixing the real issues. See link below to access the panel 2002 2007 Buick Rendezvous Checking Heater controls

How to determine AC problem on 2004 Buick Rendezvous?

Hi Shawna, I would check with a mechanic to see what the actual problem is. It sounds like it may be the compressor itself.

I have a 2003 Buick Rendezvous and when I turn on the AC or heating nothing comes out of the vents. I had it checked at Meineke and they said the fuses are fine and the blower motor is working. Do you have...

If nothing is coming out, put your hand on the blower motor under the glovebox and put the fan on high. You should hear and feel it. If not you may have to replace the blower. Dont\'t replace it till you verify it is getting power.

2007 buick rendezvous driver side heated seat does'nt work but the light comes on. and where can I check to see if the heating element is getting power

It should be right under your seat. Check the wires that go into the box. If you have power there you need a new heating control box.

Fuse location

There is not a fuse listed for heated seats but fuse 16 is for heated mirrors and fuse 11 is power seats. i'm guessing one of those should also control the heated seats.

90% probability you gave a ground wire issue at your fuse/relay panel. Most of the relays work off the same ground wires and you have relays for a majority of those "gone crazy" items.
