it is on the back side of the roter and yes it is easy to fix and no there is on special tools just undo the two bolts pull it off unpluge it and then put the new one on and have a good day

If you will remove the engine air filter box, the speed sensor should be located directly on top of the transmission and is easily removable.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Your code reader should be able to errase the code. If you can't, take it to Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts and have them check for codes first, they do it for free. If it shows, they will be able to errase it for you. If there are no codes, then do the shifter row which I'm about to explain: As far as the flashing arrow, when I had that problem I would turn the car off, set the ignition key where only the warning lamps come on, and do what is known here to be the "shifter row". This is where you shift it from Park to your lowest gear (kind of at a quick pace). Do this about 20 times. Turn it off and start the car back up. It should clear your flashing arrow. If it comes back, it can be your PNP switch or, worst case scenario, your tranny.
