2010 malibu partial dashboard dimming out

Sounds like you have a faulty connector on the rear of the dash panel and you will probably have to remove the dash panel to access the connectors!

I have a 2000 malibu and the coolant temp and fuel guage does not work and no warning lights work when the key is in the on position (oil, abs, airbag) all fuses are good

I think you're going to need a new cluster. I don't have your wiring diagram, but my 2000 camaro wiring diagram is below. It has a logic device built in that controls the temp and fuel gages.
The same chip also runs the bulb test at startup. I found a used cluster online here for 70 bucks: http://instrumentclusterstore.com/I852-3662-P1152C4337.aspx

A new one from GM is about $240.

2004 malibu maxx third brake light

It is an LED lamp and the entire terminal needs to be replaced. I would suggest checking the fuse first, being that the replacement can run over $60

Stuck CD in the multi CD player of 2004 Chevy Malibu Maxx

The only thing that is left for you to do is to remove the stereo and then disassemble it and remove it yourself. A little daunting but needs to be done. Sounds like it went in wrong and then became jammed

Dash light on a 1999 Ford Ranger

You have to remove the instrument cluster in order to replace the bulbs. This will include removing the knee panel under the steering wheel, the black trim piece in front of the instrument cluster, and possibly the trim and vents surrounding the radio, depending where the screws are located.

Some of the bulb holders may have notched the foil contacts on the board and the bulbs won't light after they are replaced. If that happens, you'll need to bend the tabs on the bulb holder slightly and use your finger nail to flatten out the dent in the foil.

It's not a quick fix, so you may want a dealer to service it. I suggest replacing your bulbs with LED's for longer life.

2006 malibu maxx the ac pannel, the "cool" side wont light up blue when the dash lights are on.

Most likely there is a tiny bulb on the inside of your dash panel that needs replaced. Remove the panel if you comfortable to do so, or look to have a mechanic do it.
