Isuzu Hombre 4.3 (Chevy S10) 1997 won't start

Truck has only 60000 miles.   The fuel filter has been changed. The code scanner shows no errors. The engine does not try to fire at it is 100% dead. Have a new fuel pump but not replaced yet.  The old pump can be heard upon ignition on and stops when pressure reached. Have not yet chedked spark. Put Carburetor cleaner directly in Throttle body and did not get any attempt to start when cranked over.

Where is the cold start valve or injector located on a 1998 isuzu hombre pickup?

Check for spark to the plugs. If you don't have it, look at the crankshaft position sensor. If you do, then look at replacing the fuel filter. Clogged filters will give you pressure. But not volume. I would replace it anyway.

My 1998 Isuzu Hombre 2.2L 2WD is misfiring in cylinders 3 and 4

try a fuel system cleaner in your fuel tank get one that cleans the sensor.and check the wiring at the sensor may be broken. if that does not work time to change your O 2 sensor.

2000 Isuzu Hombre/Chevy S-10, 2.2L 4cyl. It starts fine, but wants to stall until it warms up a bit. After that, putting it into gear, it tries to stall. Any acceleration at first, it wants to stall. Once...

its really a GM car, end to end.

no engines codes, is not true i bet ,
some codes take 1 to 3 trips, or dont store
and if you get CEL glowing, driving too much can clear the codes.
so.... that means you must scan it failing. see?

sputtering is misfiring (bad spark or way to rich fuel)

why do you jump all over fuel first.
try spark FIRST no gas engine burn fuel right with bad spark'
not one, and is first not last.
ever heard of tuneup, done one in last decade.
you know, spark parts? plugs and wire top list.

in the rules of basics its:
engine good, (compression test pass, and vacuum looks ok)
then spark
last fuel
why do that backwards/?

I have a 1998 isuzu hombre. it keeps throwing 3 engine codes. they are as follows po172-system to rich bank #1..2nd code is po405-egr sensor a low cicuit..and 3rd code po452 evap emission system presure...

The lean condition is usually the result of an O2 sensor fault, or a vacuum leak.
The EGR may be stuck and setting that code, you can remove clean and check wiring connections.
The po452 fault code is related to a low input signal from your EVAP system which is to do with your purge canisiter system...You could have a faulty sensor in this system or again bad wiring...

Troubleshoot these areas, clear all fault codes and see how she runs.

Good luck, i hope this helps.

Isuzu Hombre pickup, 2.2L Vortec, Won't Start.

You need four things for an engine to run. 1. fuel 2. spark 3. compression 4. timing (spark at the right time. By your post it seems you have fuel and spark and you probably have compression unless you blew a head gasket. That leaves the timing. Check the timing and/or the timing belt or chain whichever you have.
