Fuse 12--20 amp, under hood fuse block. Is there a two wire connector at fog lamp, if so, the black wire is ground and the other color is voltage, use a test light to check. I didn't check everything for fog lamp control, so if a switch, you may have to check that and wiring circuits.
There are two relay's for the fog lamps in that relay box . fog lamp isolation an fog lamp relay . You can find a diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter your vehicle info. year , make , model , engine size . Under system click on electrical distribution , then under sub system click on relay . Hit the search button , then click on the link . Good luck !
Under the hood you'll find a relay center. In that box, you'll find the A/C relay. If you're A/C isn't coming on, this could be the problem. To test it, swap it out with a relay next to it and see if it comes on. If it does, replace the relay. If it doesn't still, look in the fuse box to see if you in fact have a blown A/C fuse. The fuse box itself is located under the dash.
