PCV Valve is located on front of the engine and sometimes is on the back valve cover. You need to get the plastic cowl out to reach, removing screvs, unhooking windshield wipers...

The PCV Valve is located:
Under hood, center, upper engine area, top of engine, mounted in passenger side valve cover
PCV Valve is in the end of 1/2" or so size hose inserted into a rubber grommet in the top of one of the valve covers. I believe it's on the passenger side closest to the firewall. If you have the 24 Valve engine, the PCV valve is on the drivers side of the engine compartment, if you're facing the front of the vehicle, just under the air intake hose. Its not directly on the engine but rather in line with the oil separator tube/hose. Follow the black accordion tube from the air cleaner to the throttle body valve. Place your hand on the bottom of the throttle body and you will find the PCV attached to two short rubber hoses. Hand access is limited, so you have to feel for the PCV and blindly remove the hoses from the PCV. Be patient, and allow time to finesse the new PCV onto both hoses. I recommend purchasing this molded new hose for a few dollars from your Ford dealer. They tend to clog or collapse after several years. The whole process can be done in 15 to 30 minutes and save you a lot. Good luck and hope this helps. keep me posted
There shouldnt be but one PCV it would be located eather on the valve cover or on the head. It has one hose or tube to it, and the unit will pull right out of a rubber ghromet.
Your sucking air sound means some vacuum hose is disconnected somewhere, Check PCV valve connection house, and any other hoses where suction is required. Check the EGR hose also with time they tend to rotten at the hottest spot. Especially if your idle is rough (too much air) or too much fuel from computer compensatig. Once you got that eliminated your O2 code will clear, or you can clear it yourself and try again to see what happens.
