Could be the transmission, a bad axle or bad wheel bearing, if it was the tire it would do it even before it warmed up

SOURCE: 1998 NISSAN ALTIMA FRONT END NOISE / RT SIDE GRINDING NOISE,.... BEARING?

CV joint has gotten debris and moisture inside. The CV boot is bad and not protecting the joint. Now its metal on metal grinding. This happens when turning as there is more pressure on the joint. Please fix this ASAP as it can be dangerous to drive on a bad CV joint. While I have seen people drive with a bad CV joint for over 4k miles, it is NOT recommended!

SOURCE: when car is running and fan comes on

Sonds like the fan to me. Yes, those are available separately. Water pump is internal inside of the timing cover and those are pretty bullet proof. Fan is most likely NG. Not that common. I have replaced only 1 in 12 years with Nissan.

SOURCE: ENGINE VIBRATION AT IDLE BUT OK WHILE DRIVING.

Could be any one, or more, of the following -

Plugged injector
Bad plug wire
Fouled plug
Crossed plug wires (hard to tell sometimes on V-8s that run smooth anyway)
Vacuum leak
Leaky EGR valve
Shifted timing sensor

Scan engine for codes and proceed from there.

There is a product called RXP (available here in Texas) that will clean up an engine and gas. Its pretty awesome stuff, and this coming from a person who doesn't really believe in additives.

SOURCE: I feel the engine thud at stop lights

it sounds like you need to set the timming on your car. and make shure your belt is tightened correctley if you do these both you should have no problem with your car any more.

Severe Vibrations when driving. going 3mph + besides the wobble in steering wheel

This is very serious and I would advise not driving it AT ALL, until a cause can be identified. Although you said it's "not the front end wobble", it sure sounds like there still is something wrong in the front end and/or the alignment. It could be broken engine mounts, missing hardware/very loose control arms, steering box connections, loose steering column, transmission mounts, driveshaft bearings/mounts or even loose lug nuts on the wheels just to name a few. Please have the car safely raised on jacks and have a mechanic or knowledgeable person look underneath for broken/damaged/missing parts.

When driving, if I go into a right curve and exelerate i feel a strong vibration, but only if i am exelerating. If I am costing around the curve it's just fine. Please let me know what you think. Thanks...

Are you getting a humming or grinding noise with it as well? This may be a wheel bearing issue causing the vibration which will be worse under accleration.

Vibration and noise from front end while driving

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.
