You may want to check the wires between the door and the body....they have been known to break also

Are there any fuses that operates power window for 91 Explorer under hood

No there is not. Even if windows were under hood.
Have you checked relay, switches especially the drivers side that can lock out passenger window.

1996 ford explore power Windows no power to switch on drivers side door

Fuse, most likely. Check the fuse panel located on the drivers side of the dashboard. Or possibly the fuse box located under the hood.

None of my windows work on the doors. i checked the#62 cb. and bought a new window switch and nothing.

my biggest concern with your problem is that fuse#6 and #2 are only part of the possible problem and those two are located in the BJB (battery junction box) under the hood

your primary focus should be on fuse #17 and the accessory delay relay located in the CJB (central junction box) under the dash

and then there is ground G400 @ the left D-pillar

fuse #17 powers the window when the accessory delay relay is energized, believe it or not, but a ground through the instrument cluster!!!

good luck and keep us posted

2002 explorer power window fuse where

In the battery Junction Box check fuse # 6-60AMP will feed Central Junction Box (under driver side), the inline circuit breaker #47-30AMP, through the Accessory Delay Relay, powered by fuse #17-15AMP to the Window Control Circuit. Check the fuses, and for 12v at the points. Then check for 12v at the driver side door switch pannel.

Also uou should check the plug into the main window button console in your drivers door. The little piece of plastic around the door handle pops out when pushed towards the front of the vehicle. This gives you access to the buttons and harnesses.

Good luck (remember rated this help).

2002 Ford Explorer passenger power window problem

Check the fuse panel first, after that check your fuse relays under the hood, if not then it might be a wiring problem.

Electric windows do not work

You have 2 fuse feeds in battery junction box under hood.Fuse 6(60amp) and fuse 62(30amp) and one fuse in the interior fuse panel no. 17(15amp).
How the system works is fuse 6 feeds fuse 62 which feeds the switch side of the accessory delay relay which is located in the interior fuse panel. Fuse 17 feeds the coil side of the relay and the instrument cluster micro-processor grounds the coil side of the relay.
When coil side of relay is grounded it creates a magnetic field which pulls the switch side closed which then lets power flow to the master window switch on the LB/BK wire on pin 6. The ground for the master switch is G400 which is the BK wire on pin 2 and G400 is located in the left rear quarter panel next to the tail lamp assembly.

Hope this helps.
