I've got fuel but no spark how to check this out? motor spins over but it will not start.
Check ignition coil see if its getting battery power check black and pink ignition wire going to ignition coil.if you not getting power check the 20AMP ignition fuse.if power going to ignition coil, problem could be bad ignition coil or bad ignition module or pcm problems, best have vechicle code scan for pcm fault or crankshaft position sensor or ignition module fault.

The answer is "YES"... The pump could be weak, or the fuel filter could be clogged... Thats what I would start at now having eliminated the things you have said already...

SOURCE: Starting problem
Try the idle air control valve it is located near the throttle body it has a four wire plug and has two small hoses attached to it this is a small stepper motor that controls the amount of air on start up this part will cost about $200 from a popular auto parts store.

Spark plugs get there voltage from the ignition coil packs, more then likely you have a bad coil pack or coil pack boot, pull one coil pack or spark plug wire or boot at a time, if you see a drop in rpm, that one is good, if no drop bad coil pack.

do you have compression on every cylinder? that may be your problem, that's the suggestion i'll make. pull each spark plug one at a time and do a compression check to make sure you have compression. if you don't have the tool, they are not that expensive to purchase. hope this helps you out!! although, if you do this test and it's good compression, i would lean more towards it could be out of time. meaning it could possibly have jumped time but you said the belt was good, it could have jumped a tooth or two which would mean a no start also.
