We only have the diagrams for North American cars and light trucks. I suggest you contact a local parts store they will have a book that shows diagrams.

Need 2001 ford escort zx2 DOHC engine information, belt diagrams

The tensioner is between the a/c compressor and crank pulley, below the power steering pump. Use a 13 mm wrench to 'tighten' the bolt in the center of the pulley and it'll move to release tension off the belt.

Removing a 1987 ford tempo power steering pump

I believe you have 2 beltson this engine. One for the alternator, a short skinny one. Loosening the alternator bolts and pulling the alternator towards the front of the car, and then tightening the adjusting bolt.
The other belt runs the power steering, a/c compressor and water pump. I think it has an idler pulley with a jack screw adjusting screw. loosen the screw to releive belt tension. good luck
