61 apache truck 6 cylinder with 4 speed, what would all need done to fit a 350 in? I mean would tranni bolt up? I know fuel and ignition would need alittle changing and maybe the motor mounts but I...

you can get a new bell housing to fit the tranny to bolt to the new engine. you should be able to order one on-line. you will just have to make sure the tranny will handle the new engine. you will have to drop the tranny to put the new bell housing to the transmission. its not a very hard job, maybe a couple of hours

Ned to now wat the firing order for dist cop shood be for a 1987 ford f100 pick-up truck 300sixcylender stick shift model#333

The F100 ended in 1983, so there is some confusion on your 1987 Ford F100. The F150 started in 1983 and was available in 1987, but not the F100. You have this listed under the 1981 Ford F100 category.
The 300 CID = 4.9L In-Line (Straight) 6-Cylinder.
In order to best answer your question I have included both the 1981 F100 4.9L and 1987 F150 4.9L below. The only difference is with the Distributor Cap Configuration and Connections.

For the 1981 F100 300cid=4.9L:
Firing order:
1-5-3-6-2-4
Cylinders:
(back)
...6
...5
...4
...3
...2
...1
(front)
Distributor:
...(back)
.........4..[.]-clip
2
...................1
6
................5
[.]....3

For the 1987 F150 300cid=4.9L:
Firing Order:
1-5-3-6-2-4
Cylinders:
(back)
..6
..5
..4
..3
..2
..1
(front)
Distributor:
.......(back)
.................4
.....2
[.]
.......................1
..6
.........................[.]-clip
....................5
.......3
.........(front)

83 mustang gt

In a 83 MUSTANG GT the correct answer is BOTH. As a 5.0L and a TURBO CHARGED 4 cyinder were offered.

1983 Mustang GT
  • Engine:
    • 5.0L horsepower increased to 175 HP when 4V carb replaced 2V carb from 1982 (Holley 4180C series).
    • Exhaust system was revised (less restrictive).
    • 4-speed SROD was only transmission available until early December 1982. In December, new 5-speed T5 became standard GT transmission (4-speed remained on option list).
    • Block and crank were revised to accomodate a 1-piece rear main seal in December 1982.
    • The new "Turbo GT" with a turbo charged 4 cylinder engine was available beginning late in the model year - 145 HP and featured the same suspension and other features of the V8 Mustang GT.

Oil leaking from left side of 6 cylinder 250 chevy c10

Make sure your valve cover is tight. They are known to come loose. Ckeck oil filter tightness and be sure when you change oil the old gasket of filter does not stick to bkock. This will cause an improper seal.

Standing in front of your car, looking at your engine, starting from the front and going back, the ones on your right (driver side) are 1, 3, 5 and the ones on your left are 2, 4, 6. This is standard. The firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2. Hope this helps. If not, write back.
