Nikki is the engine light on, are there any codes,have you had a tune up or any other work done lately.when you say it won't start when warm(do you mean engine will not turn over, or does engine turn and refuses to fire.
If I had to guess failing fuel pump, they tend not to build fuel pressure when ran a while(warmed up) and when left to cool build somewhat better pressure.

sounds as if you have some bad cooling fan motors.need to make sure the power and ground are being supplied before condemning the fans. dodge vehicles are common for circuit problems for cooling fan control.
So the car only overheats at idle? How many miles on the car? What fan are you referring to - the heater fan or the cooling fan for the radiator? It sounds like you may have a plugged up radiator. If the engine has high mileage the radiator may have accumulated enough junk over the years to become restricted. Some automotive technicians have a laser that they can use to check the radiator for cool spots, which would indicate internal blockage.
Actually there is it looks like one unit though. It is held on buy one of those red saftey clips that you can find throughout the car. You have to push that some(some of those clips come right out this one i remember right does not. if i remember right it needs to be pushed up. It is a pain i had 2 of these neon and both the fans melted down needing replacement.

If it just started doing that, check your radiator coolant level, if low, take off rad cap, start engine, turn heater on, and add coolant as needed, but leave cap off until rad cooling fan comes on & off 2 or 3 times at normal operating temperature before you put cap back on, to bleed out the air. When did it start & what have you had checked if anything?
if the cooling fans dont come on, it might need the fan relay replaced.
the relay is located on the frame rail right below the battery tray. the easiest way to accesss it is from underneath the car.
