Take the tire off again, and then put it back on, after checking to make sure the wheel will spin without the tire on it, and without the parking brakes on. Make SURE THAT YOU BLOCK THE TIRES SECURELY TO PREVENT THE CAR FROM ROLLING WHILE IT'S JACKED UP IN THE AIR.

SOURCE: 2002 E320. Premature tire wear on right rear wheel.

THese cars have a high speed rated tire and will almost always wear quickly. The right rear is the drive wheel (where the power goes when you give it gas) It will wear real quickly if you drive it hard. I would try rotating every 7500 miles (unless tire sizes are different as with the SL series) I sell a lot of tires on these cars and 25K is usually the limit.

SOURCE: Broken lug stud on rear wheel.

It appears from the excellent picture that the stud has to be spun to line up the half moons at the rear of the stud.Use two thin nuts locked together so you can spin the remaining stud to line up with reliefs in back of the retainer.

I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Gallant and the back tire locked up and ten mins later it was in locked ... But when driving home it locked again and unlocked wht could be the issue

First you should check your handbrake. It could be partially on or just out of adjustment.
Jack up each rear tire, put a jack stand under the car for safety, then, with the handbrake off, try to spin the rear wheel by hand. The tire should rotate easily.
Pull up the handbrake until you can't rotate it. Count the handbrake clicks, if it's less than 4, it should be adjusted.
Do the above procedure for both rear wheels.

If the wheel still locks, it could be caused by a sticking brake caliper. Someone will have to look at the brakes and repair the lock-up.

How can i unlock abs on my 2001 dodge grande caravan which has locked my right rear wheel

Drum or disk rear brakes? Have you checked the brakes to see if they a o.k.? Is the ebrake stuck and holding the brake on? The abs will not keep a wheel from turning. Since ABS stands for ANTI-LOCK Brake System it would not make sense for the system to "lock" up the brakes since it is designed to keep the brakes from locking up. Your problem is mechanical or hydraulic. A quick inspection of the brake components should reveal the problem.

Replace rear bushing in 2001 Malibu

First change the wheel/tire with the spare or another wheel tire to check for any change in shake. If the shake is in the seat it is usually in the rear,if it's in the steering wheel, then the front.
If the wheels are balanced all bushing could be loose and it will still be a smooth "no shake" ride.
Don't forget if brake discs and brake drums are out of balance no amount of tire balancing will correct a shake.
Also there is static and dynamic wheel balancing machines. You always want a motorized "dynamic" wheel balance done.

I am trying to change a rear tire on the 2001 dodge stratus but the tire wont come off. is there a lock on the tire?

do you mean you wish to change the tyre or the complete wheel and tyre ,if the later is the case then if its a aluminium wheel rim it highly probable that its corroded onto the hub and if this is the case then support car with a stand and then hit it on the inside rim with a 7kg hammer but place a block of wood against the rim to prevent damage and when refiting it make sure the boss has a application of copperslip grease .
