Reverse lights not working on a 2003 kia rio

Good day to you I had a kia rio once like this and after a little troubleshooting it was the large fuse under the hood. When you look under the hood usually on the right you will see a black box lift off the top and you will see the large fuses, check them with a test light or meter replace the bad one and good to go Good Luck Mike L.

Could be turn off or if led always one go at time?

You are right... You will need to check your fuses. You can buy a fuse puller and pull each one out to check to see if the metal bar is separated or you can often times just tell by looking at it. Most interior fuses is on drivers side .

I would start by checking for power in and out of the brake light switch.

Check fuses if not fuses could have a short in wiring

Hi, I believe you have checked all but one thing. The transmission (switch) which is blowing out the fuse.(reverse neutral switch) Replace it. Good luck.

my 01 did that and it was the plug wires it bucked real bad
next time it happened it was just sluggish up hills and light would come on. it was the fuel filter it had 255,000 miles on it
